Order processing and shipping time
Delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 7 to 14 days for products excluding shipping time. Shipping delays due to courier companies cannot be controlled. For custom-made garments, if your chosen Shirt is sold out or has a delay in delivery from the manufacturer post-purchase, we will offer you similar options. If the options are not suitable, a refund will be provided for the garment in question (unless clubbed with a promotional offer). Items purchased via a gift voucher are not entitled to a refund in cash or credit.
