We’ll alter your new custom garment within 10 days of it being delivered to you. As all our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Our free alterations are completed within 7-10 days from the date of your request to delivery.
An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative.
We offer to alter the product a maximum of 2 times to get the fit right for you. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.
If you would like to get alteration then you have to organize a return by selecting the mode of sending the item/s back to us. After this you have to send your receipt of mode of transportation to info@qareez or at Whatsapp no.
