Exchange and Refund Policy

Since we provide customized products, we only accept an exchange/return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product with defective fabric or the wrong product.

All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 10 days of receiving the product.

To process an exchange or return please email us on [email protected] or WhatsApp/ call us on _ with your order details, reason for return and a picture of the wrong/damaged product.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 48 hours from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

International exchanges/ returns will not be processed.
 
Refund Policy
Since we provide customized products, we only accept an exchange/return and do not offer refunds unless as specified above (we are not able to get the fit right after 2 alterations or the product is damaged/defective).
